When is Prime Day 2023?

While the exact dates of Amazon Prime Day 2023 have not yet been announced, based on previous years, we expect it to be sometime in early July. But that doesn’t mean you should wait until then to shop. “Amazon will often start offering teaser deals before the official Prime Day event,” Trae Bodge, Smart Shopping Expert at Truetrae.com told Yahoo Style.

I can tell you, it lives up to the hype!”

Should you stock up on cheaper products for less or hold on to expensive tools?

Trae advises to shop both! “Obviously, you save more on more expensive items, so it’s a great opportunity to pick up that high-end hair dryer you’ve been looking for, or that pricey face cream you received a sample of. But if you like certain mass or mass produced products and they are on sale, this is a great opportunity to stock up. Just keep in mind the shelf life of those products and be careful not to buy too much,” she said.

Shannon told us that Prime Day is “the perfect time to stock up on the essentials — like cotton rounds, cotton swabs, hand soap, and makeup wipes — especially since you can get free shipping on a large order!” She also added: “More expensive products, such as blow dryers and straighteners, are also discounted, so if you’re looking for a new hair tool and want to keep your bathroom well stocked, now’s a great time to shop and save on everything!”

How do you score the best beauty deals?

Shannon recommends that you don’t wait to add your favorite deals to your cart. “Trending items will sell out, so don’t wait if you really want it!” In order not to miss anything, it’s a good idea to make a list of all the specific beauty items you’d buy when they go on sale and plan in advance.

Trae suggests writing a question on one of the message boards on Slickdeals.net about the products you want. “They have a very active community looking for deals, which can be helpful in finding the best deal. Slickdeals will also have lots of coupons for Prime Day.
