The ‘First-Team All-Pro tight ends’ quiz

Tom Brady won’t have his favorite target in Tampa Bay next season.

On Tuesday, four-time All-Pro tight end Rob Gronkowski took to Instagram to announce his retirement from the NFL. It’s the second time that Gronk has hung ’em up, famously being lured out of retirement to join Brady on the Bucs in 2020 after not playing the season prior. The future Hall of Famer did leave some wiggle room for a second comeback after his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said that a phone call from Brady during the season could get his client back on the field. Brady took note but offered his congratulations anyway. Gronk just turned 33 last month, and he clearly has something left in the tank. For now, though, both the Bucs and the NFL have to turn the page on the Rob Gronkowski era.

Which brings us to today’s quiz of the day. In the history of the NFL, only 24 tight ends have been selected First-Team All-Pro by the Associated Press, including Gronk, who made four of these teams. So with that in mind, how many of these all-time greats can you name in five minutes?

Good luck!
